July 11th 2015: Started walking 06:00. Rain started up around 10:00 and continued for the day. Wind became Strong as the morning progressed, rising to gale force approaching mid-day. I turned back at Cruach Bheag at 12:30 and headed down along Stroicín. Walkers were turned off the Big Gun shortly thereafter. A challenging and memorable day on the hills.
